Pinstripe Potoroo and Komodo Joe are copyright of Crash Bandicoot by Activism. Coyote guard designed by me.I adore this picture. I drew the original over a year ago and it's gone through a lot of transitions - figuring out what Joe looked like in this AU, figuring out their height differences, teaching myself how to draw goofy sprawled coyote on the floor, learning how to use a tablet. What a journey.
Speaking of which, Pinstripe's on a bit of a journey on his own! And he's successfully won over a new ally! Well, sort of. I think this partly answers my question about if Pinstripe Potoroo will ever be a complete good guy or hero in my stories. Despite trying to do the right thing, he just has a very different worldview on what "right" is. His response here is telling. A regular good guy would be shocked and horrified at the idea of killing a guard. Pinstripe just sees it as an inconvenience as they're on a time crunch.
It cracks me up.
