Overview 8 bosses, bonus unlockables, and epic particle explosions, what more could you ask for!?
After about 2 months of work, Here is Particles Extreme.
It is my very first shooter, and an epic one if I may say...
I tried very hard to keep the code as efficient as possible, so it shouldn't lag too bad.
And for a very epic secret boss fight, beat wave mode on hard difficulty.
Controls Use the WASD keys and hold down the mouse for wicked awesome explosions and tripping beats!
Yeah, that's all!

Nothing makes a developer more sad than to have a player beat the first level and quit. I put tons of effort into making tons of levels, so please play them! if something is wrong, or just really bad, tell me so I can fix it.

- Lagging to much for some reason? Try lowering the quality in options or right clicking download somewhere under add to favourites, save it to your desktop, open your browser
and then drag the file to the open browser. Then just resize the window to however you choose.

Fantastic! Great graphics and proper gameplay. 2D shooters got too hard for me a while back, this one is just enough of a challenge.
I got as far as the main core and became a bit frustrated looking for a safe spot when it fired its screen fill beam. I will go back for another go. Died a few times on the way down the center of the ship too.
Could you make the pickups gradually dift toward the player? Sometimes they are dropped on the edge of the screen where the enemy is coming from, or over a lazer line, so you can't get near them.
Can flash do additive blend modes? All the sprites are masked. Additive would look nice on the lazers, bullets and the effects.

It sure can, and powerups moving towards the players sounds like a good idea.

I finished it on Easy. It is very good, I really like the graphics. My main complaint is that there isn't enough of it.
I'd play it on hard only I guess it's the same except your health bar goes down quicker?
Could you put some more standard shooter stuff between the boss fight sequences? To make it longer.
Will have another go at Wave mode now.

Hey, you know, if you ever update this, it would be so awesome if you could make the arrow keys also available for controlling the ship, because I just can't get the hang of WASD.

WIcked! good thing this has to be like a big pre-release right? Cause theres quite a bit more you coudl add. Only thing I notice is that game arena is a bit small. The waves are somewhat too short, but thats a part that couldn't be much argued as its etheir long and few or many and short. Coming back tommorow for hard.

awesomeness! this is a great game. control system is great. I played lots of side scrollin shooting games and your game control system is the best. I prefer something like this.

So far amazing, although there where some asteroids that where in some of the levels that dealt damage, but didn't receive any.
