An older work, 2005.Vue d'Esprit 4.2
All modeling in Vue.
I've been asked by a few people if I could re-render this in 1280x960 for a wallpaper. Here it is.

I like it alot - although I'm going to upgrade as soon as I can afford it.

Not a terribly big fan on the alien-like plants, the vehicles are ok, and you can see straight through the dark side of the planet.
The structure modelling, however, is fantastic. I congratulate you on a very good job.

Ah! Yes, I thought so too initially, but I checked the geometry and the stars are actually just outside the disk of the planet, by a couple of pixels.
Still, even though they are OK, they still obviously look a little off. Thnaks - I'll update.
