None other has served better as Barley's second-in-command than Graham, and he takes to the role fiercely - while not much of a leader, Graham is quick to move when given instructions to pass along an order or get the ball rolling on a job to be done. An early bird by nature, Graham scoots through Whisper Falls so quickly that it's almost as if he can use his jet propeller on land as much as in the air, though this isn't actually the case. He's widely considered an odd bird though - literally even, considering his upbringing with a Blaziken father has made him prone to tucking his wings in like a chicken.

Some would say Graham is antisocial, others might say he is cynical. Graham himself would agree to both, with the slight addition that he's just covering his bases. Nothing bothers Graham more than being unprepared, and so he tries his best to plan for every possible contingency - and most of those possible roads to the future are bad. If anyone manages to get to know him, though, they'll find he's a fairly cheery goofball with a tendency to put others before himself in an earnest way.

How he talks:
"IIIIIIIII don't know much about the leadership in other towns per se, mostly just that they're as reliant on their local Ascended as we are with Xin. Even with a full guild to help organize the country, we have to admit not many people at large would think much of Whisper Falls if she wasn't living here. More to the point though, I think that means we also need to pay a little more attention to our neighbors on a leadership standpoint... Thalia, did you or the others have any documents for that?"

"Hmm, well the best-case scenario of having a criminal loose on the streets is some civil unrest, probably a few panicked folks with kids to raise. If the stolen goods aren't sorted out soon though, it'll put a dent in the working flow while workers try to sort it all out and can't get any of their daily tasks done..."

"It feels like with as much as we're getting ourselves into with all this digging and moving around, we're finding a lot more rare knowledge trinkets than we were expecting. Hmm, you think Rhyn might like to have some pointers on that? It could give their Diancie lady a little more freedom when she doesn't have to produce those gems of hers all the time! Haha!"
