Published piece from Green Ronin's Mutants & Masterminds RPG supplement, Worlds of Freedom. Since the book is FINALLY out, I can show these pieces.

Worlds of Freedom is a collection of alternate and historical settings for the M&M 'Freedom City' campaign world. It's like an 'Infinite Earths' or 'Multiverse' idea, but also has historical eras for their core setting. That's where Comf and I come in. We were given the entire 'Freedom by Gaslight' chapter to illustrate!

Now, little did the M&M folks know, but steampunk victorian era stuff is among my very favorite. I ran a Ravenloft RPG campaign for around five years that was very gothic-victorian, so this project was right up my alley.

Of all of the illustrations I did, this is probably one of my very favorites. This is one of those pieces where I felt like I'd really grown as an artist. Rare occasion, indeed, but I just loved how this turned out.
