The space battle you just uploaded really hit my buttons (because who doesn't like spaceships and explosions?), but I think I actually like this one even more, simply because it's so open to interpretation. And it's very nicely composed.

I kinda like drawing up differences between chaos and the sublime as in the two pieces you are referring to. Interesting though that both pieces, even though one is chaotic, still have breathing spaces. What i mean by this is thereare just areas with no detail other than a single colour. And that allows the eyes to rest and thats the trick to painting or drawing allowing certain areas of a picture for the eyes to breath so to speak.
