Like millions of us I love Tatooine, I love the mood it sets, I love the unsavoury denizens it homes . One character who appeared on celluloid for no more than 5 seconds is the enigmatic Garindan, a Kubaz, Tatooine's number one spy. I have seen some great illustrations over the year depicting this enigmatic figure and wanted to paint a piece dedicated to the character. I am currently reading some of the short stories from Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina and wanted to capture an essence of the mood some of the stories create. More to follow.Related content

Nice! I read a few of the stories from Tales From The Mos Eisley Cantina myself. My favorite one so far, is the one called "Nightlily: A Lover's Tale." Wait till you read it!
I'm actually reading another Star Wars Tales book called Tales From Jabba's Palace. I have it as a PDF file on my iPad. I've read alot of them and they were so cool. Still need to keep reading, though.

Nightlily was one of the first I read years ago when I first got the book...its good isn't it. "Soups On: The Pipesmokers Tale" is disturbing! but cool.

Yea the story about the Anzati smoker... yeah. Perfect for Halloween.
