Iridescence is a bit tricky, start with looking at a lot of references then have fun.

I have a Skillshare class on realistic drawing. It covers the basics for beginners and tips for experienced artists. I do three drawings to demonstrate freehand sketching, shading and using colour pencils. I also talk about how to approach drawing long term, deal with failure and practice to improve. I give you ways to identify your weaknesses and good practice exercises so you can improve them. I spent three months writing, filming and editing my class because I wanted it to be as helpful and clear as possible.
