Part of a 3-section tutorial on how to photomanipulate a Chinese dragon. While it's specifically about the dragon, the exact same techniques apply to any subject.This part is the basic collage stuff. Tutorial: Dragon Head

I usually just search deviantART by subject until I find a stock image I need. Then I get the artist's permission and use it.
