Description
Argentina — 8 million years agoIn my own version, this is the fourth episode of Walking with Prehistoric Beasts 2. This story is about Marquis, the marsupial saber-toothed cat, Thylacosmilus, who lived on the savanna-like forested-areas landscape of Argentina, 8 million years ago. Here, Marquis was on the requests by traveling the open plains to find not only his meal, but also the formidable competition. Two of his infamous arch-nemesis, the giant gharial, Gryposuchus, and the flightless terror bird, Andalgalornis. The battle for supremacy is underway...
1) Marsupial Saber-Toothed Cat (Thylacosmilus atrox)
2) Southern Three-Toed Horse (Diadiaphorus paranensis)
3) Helmeted Armadillo (Eleutherocercus paranensis)
4) Early Ground Sloth (Promegatherium parvulum)
5) Prototype Mara (Protypotherium antiquum)
6) South American Gharial (Gryposuchus neogaeus)
7) Steullet’s Terror Bird (Andalgalornis steulleti)
