Description Beringia - 20,000 years ago

In my own version, this is the final episode of Walking with Prehistoric Beasts 2. During the last Ice Age, the land bridge was connected between Siberia and Alaska for over 20,000 years ago, and it’s better known as the Beringia. This is where the human hunters began to colonize North America by following the migration of their animal prey that introduced from Asia. Mammals like woolly mammoths and big cats were evolved into now-extinct endemic species as well as horses at the same time. However, there is one creature that humans never seen before... the short-faced bear.

1) Short-Faced Bear (Arctodus simus)

2) Beringian Wolf (Canis lupus beringiensis)

3) Scimitar Cat (Homotherium serum)

4) Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius)

5) Ancient Caribou (Rangifer tarandus tuttu)

6) Yukon Wild Horse (Equus lambei)

7) Pleistocene Musk Ox (Ovibos pallantis)
