This was after the battle against Salem. Team Ruby split up and go their separate ways (but Yang and Ruby stay in very close contact a lot cause sisters and stuff), but Yang decides to travel the world for the next 10 years of her life, but after 5 she realized the novelty of being able to Travel the world.....is just boring. Sure people admired her for being a strong Huntress and a savior of the world (though Hunters/Huntresses are reclaiming a lot of land and are slowly reducing the number of Grimm......but Yang's.....actually getting....bored. Like really bored. Not like going around the mall and can't think of what to buy bored, or playing a game for 5 hours and not beating it board, more like....sad or.....empty bored. She finds happiness in saving people but...she just finds it too easy. People already love her so much but she feels no enjoyment or worthy of the praise, to be frank, she just smiles, gives them a thumbs up and walks away. She looks at in a river seeing her reflection. She takes the time to see that she was able to get her arm back thanks to Jaune's semblance advancing to a high level to the point where it can regenerate limbs, but she still sees something else in the water. 2 yellow fish and a black wish swimming in a circle. she is thinking about the family she could have had if her mom wasn't selfish, but she walks off pretends like she saw nothing. she arrives at Ruby's house seeing that she finally settled with Jaune, because she felt home sick and needed to talk to her sister/best friend.
at her house
Yang: RUBY, IT'S ME.
Ruby: I'LL BE THERE IN A SEC YANG.
Jaune: what an unexpected surprise goldy locks, what brings you to the arc-rose home?
Yang: you know, i'm your sister in law and I should be shown a little respect.
Jaune: What's up with get up on the wrong side of the bed ya fire cracker?
Yang and Jaune: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA.
Yang: so how have you and Ruby been, have you been looking after her? Cause if not-
Jaune: she's looking after me to be honest....well no actually, we both look out for each other.
Ruby: I'M HERE
She gives her sister a massive hug and they both jump on the couch.
Ruby: so, how was Haven....good?
Yang: I got bored, so I thought to see my Baby sister, cause I miss you.
Ruby: That's nice, I have a lot to tell you.
Jaune: I gotta go meet the guys, ok?
Ruby: Me and Yang will catch up, you just go *kiss on cheek*.
Jaune: k, see ya *kiss*.
Jaune walks out the door and Ruby slowly makes sure he's gone.
Ruby: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNnnnnnnndd, he's gone. OK I NEED TO TELL YOU SOMETHING AND I NEED YOUR OPINION!
Yang: what is it?
Ruby: me and Jaune have been together for about.....6 years after the whole...Salem thing....3 of them being married.
Yang: Yeah (I don't like where this is going).
Ruby: I know our mom's left us and we made a pack not be be ones as long as one of us doesn't, but we're adults now so...
Yang: (don't say it).
Ruby: I think I wanna ask Jaune about kids.
Yang:.....really? Why? You're 22, and still too young.
Ruby: and an adult Yang...I thought you'd understand.
Yang: I do....but did Jaune ever hint towards this stuff?
Ruby: well whenever we walked pass some cloths he would look at the small clothes...and he would cry when a baby is reunited with his or her mom and dad....and he also saw a dad play soccer with his son and sighed.
Yang: But it's your choice too right?
Ruby: Yang....look. I was considering the idea over time too. I don't think our Marriage is failing....I just wanna a new addition to our family. I mean I'm sorry Yang but, I was a famoud Huntress for a while....but it's time to grow, think about new things in life just.....I dunno.... adapt?
Yang:......sigh, well if you want to, I'd be happy to be an Aunt in the future.
Ruby: Thank Yang *goes for a tight hug*.
Yang stays at her sister's for the night and thinks about her words...."adapting, new, grow". The question is that circle's her head is...."am I staying the same, am I just too big for my boats and I just won't take them off?". She puts of some slippers and a robe and sits on the bench outside. She looks to the stars as her Violet eyes turn into a galaxy of light and stardust, reflecting the universe, searching an answer. She looks at her right arm thinking about when it was a piece of metal once and how she lost it, or her hair that is now shortened when she learned to let things go, or her stomach to think about will she ever make the same mistakes as her mom....if she also brings another soul into this world? She shakes her head and forgets all that and smiles at the gaze of stars. Yang wakes up and comes down stairs to say Goodbye and that she needs to go and carry on her world travelling. Ruby give she her a kiss and hug goodbye, as well as Jaune.
she's at an air port and see's a woman confused about weather to get on a plane or not, but she looks at a photo and then turns around back home. Yang Think about that Woman and think of herself. eventually she goes right back around, gets on her bike and decide she's done. It's not because she doesn't want to help people, she just can't do this anymore. Travelling to places she's already seen, being alone, being praised all the time just for wanting to help. She once admired the fame and though she's seen as an average Huntress, she just wants to calm down for a bit and see where her life is heading. 24 and figuring out what to do.
She goes to a bar named the "Old Wisp Wagon", she sits down has a bottle of scotch by her side. Since people know who she is, they stay away from her to avoid....getting punched since they seem like sleezy, shady people. However a glare in her eyes sees a certain man hit on a girl at the bar. He has a smirkish smile, devious eyes and hair as grey as a silver fox, and Yang instantly shouts out his name, and the Music starts.
Yang: BLACK!!!
Mercury:......Xoilong?.....oh shit.
Mercury runs away but Yang puts a 50 on the counter. Because Mercury got his old legs back after Jaune healed him and restored them, he was able to train them and run faster, but he trips on a rock and Yang bangs him to the ground.
Yang: WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUT OF JAIL?
Mercury: I'M A FREE MAN I SWEAR!
Yang: *spit* you're going back.
Mercury: LOOK I DID MY TIME, I DID SOME....things....but they let me go.
Yang: I don't care that they let you go, or even that you helped in the final battle. YOU HELPED GET A LOT OF PEOPLE KILLED!
Mercury: I was, a corrupted, beaten, hurt, KID BACK THEN, AND I WAS ONLY TRYING TO SURVIVE, WHAT WERE YOU DOING?
Yang: Not killing People, YOU JERK, MONSTER, ANIMAL.
Mercury: I changed Yang, but you know what, YOU HAVEN'T! HUH? LOOKING AT THE PAST, STILL THE SAME, WEARING THE SAME CRAP? NO ONE'S YOUNG FOREVER!
Yang: You're right, but you still have blood on your hands.....NOT MINE!
Mercury: *giggles*.....you don't think I know that? YOU DON'T THINK I WANNA CRY AND SCREAM WHEN I THINK OF THE PEOPLE I HURT......I killed people *sniff* and I, REGRET IT.....It's not easy knowing you're alone...constantly being by yourself....having not a single person to talk to....cause they know who you are just by looking at you....*sniff*.....not even talking to understand why you have that face. Yeah I was hitting on that girl, cause I was a loser.....a coward....a piece of crap *actually crying*.
Yang: This....isn't......going to.....*sigh*, look just *gets hugged by him and pats on the back angrily*, there there, stop crying you look like a dork.

Cut to 3 hours later at an abandoned cabin.
Yang:.....well that was.
Mercury: yep.......
Yang: I think-
Mercury: we should never talk or mention this, or even say this happened.
Yang: agreed.
2 hours later
Yang: this was just a mistake.
Mercury: we never did it, we don't talk about it.
Yang: good, now lets just leave it and never talk about it again.

Mercury: I MEANT LIKE PROPERLY, not you tackling me and we do it again.
Yang: *puts hand on shoulder* look Merc, can i call you merc? But we have had a.....a very dark history. That night was a mistake and should never had happened. I think we need to keep away and never talk ever again, just carry on with your life, and I'll do mine.
Mercury: fine, I understand, but if you're lonely and need a drink...you have a drinking buddy.

Cuts to a diner bathroom where she's sick
Yang: those omelets did look a bit *hurp* green *barf*.
Later she goes to Ruby's house
Yang: Hey R- *bwaah*.....hey R- *bwaah*......*gulp* hey Rubes....mind if I stay for a couple of days.....I think I ate a bad omelet for Breakfast.
Ruby: geez, I thought you you'd gone already.
Yang: I decided to * bwaah*, stay and find out what I really want to do. I still wanna be a huntress, but there has to be. *BWAAH*. Oh god, I'm gonna blow if I don't get to a bathroom in time to be sick.
Ruby: Go, run.
Jaune: she's back already?
Ruby: Go heal her, I think it's a tummy bug or something.
Jaune goes up to go her heal her of her.....being *sick*.
Yang: Thanks Jaune. I feel a lot better.
Jaune: don't drink then go for Omelets at that horrible diner. they got shut down twice for a reason.
Yang:.....yeah.
Jaune senses something for a slight second inside of Yang....and I don't think she's like to hear it.

Yang: *drops to their floor*.....no....no.....how?

I knwo this one's a bit cheesy too but I thought about a scenario of what would happen if yang became or was going to have her life changed if she was bored and tired of travelling the world.

At the coffee table real quick with Ruby and Jaune, Yang sits looking at a drink of water talking to them.
Yang: it was just the heat of the moment; he was upset and I felt bad. I looked up his files and he telling the truth....it just happened you know?
Jaune: Pregnant though jeez. what are you going to do?
Yang: I wanted to find something else in life....but not this. I don't even want to be a mom.
Ruby: don't worry, we can support you and help you with anything Yang.
Jaune:.......yeah...we can.
Ruby: got something to say?
Jaune: well....it's just that. Yang, we will help you, but what if you need to live by yourself or start raising this kid by yourself?
Ruby: JAUNE!
Jaune: ok, ok, I'm sorry. It's our house so you're more than welcome, but me and Ruby are thinking about....a baby ourselves and we're a little tight with money so....
Ruby: BUT SHE'S FAMILY, OUR FAMILY, YOUR FAMILY, MY FAMILY!
Yang: Ruby he's right. I got myself Pregnant, and sure mercury was also the cause, but it takes 2 to tango. I need to figure out what to do. I should talk to dad about it and see how he was able to raise you and me. I mean, if he can handle 2 kids, I can handle 1 right?
Ruby: good idea, we'll come with you; I haven't talked to dad in ages.
She arrives at her dad's house and discusses what happened with mercury and what seems to be going on.
Tai:....wow. you're gonna have a kid.
Yang: Yeah. you're not mad, are you?
Tai: No, I'm not....but I am shocked. To be fair me and your moms had you two girls very early, so I can't judge about whether or not that was a good decision. But you can move back in till you can sort out a plan...just don't tell your mother.
Yang: of course not.
Ruby: why?
Jaune: yeah, shouldn't your mom have the right to know about her Grandchild?
Yang: She missed so much of my life, I wouldn't be surprised if she missed my birth. Also I learned the hard way that she's not family. She chose her tribe, so she stays there and doesn't need to know about her Grandson/daughter.
Tai: Plus despite Raven...."changing*, I fear she might steal the kid and corrupt him or her?
Jaune: really? You're that paranoid?
Yang: this is the same woman that left me, killed a kid to get her powers, betrayed us, and ran like a coward, of course she would do that.
Jaune:...good point.
Ruby: but don't worry we'll help you throughout this all.
Yang: *cries*, thanks, you're all the best.
during that year of pregnancy she tried ooking for mercury but it seems that he disappeared off the face of the earth. wasn't heard or even spoken of again. This depressed Yang knowing that her child would grow up with both his or her parents, but she thought it was best since this would allow to raise her did properly, without a parent with dark/shady past. 9 months past and she gave birth to a girl. Surprisingly, everyone was there... Weiss who had just had her daughter 2 months back, Ruby who's still due another 3 months, Nora and Ren, Jaune, her dad, Blake and other friends....except her mom and Mercury, but she didn't care, cause looking at her daughter's Violet eyes and silvery grey hair, she already found the only person she ever needed to truly love. Sure it wouldn't be a life of adventure and battles, but it is something to help teach her about changing. She decided to give her daughter a name, and that was Clara. Nothing with an M or Y, and nothing too symbolic, just a short simple name, for her daughter.
in the room.
Yang: shhhhh, you'll wake her
Ruby: (very quietly) sorry. hi Clara, hello, welcome to the family, I'm your aunt Ruby.
Jaune: she looks just like you....without the hair that is, but she's beautiful.
Weiss: a girl huh? well this will be interesting. a mommy's girl?
Yang: look at her....my Clara, not even an hour old and she's sleeping already.
Ruby: rough day for both of you.
Yang: I can't wait to get to my house, and just relax after this, I need the rest.
Blake: you did great, I'm proud of you. A little girl. Just don't do what your mom did.
Yang: trust me, i'm a far cry from what she is.....I won't even let her see her; Mom's never coming near Clara.
Yang goes home after Ruby and Jaune drive her back. She puts Clara to sleep putting her night light on and changing herself into a T-shirt and track suit bottoms to go to sleep. 2 hours later without her knowing (this is when she was sleeping), a red portal appears, and a woman in black and red walks by. She steps out of Yang's room and goes into Clara's. Clara is still sleeping but is having trouble and was about to cry, until the woman held her and rocks her gently while humming a lullaby. Yang here's this and rushes out.
Yang: GET AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER YOU.....MOM?
Raven: oh, hello Yang; she's so beautiful, I'm proud of you carrying on the Branwin Bloodline.
Yang gets angry, gently storming towards her and grabs Clara off her hands.
Yang: get your hands off my daughter you....well this is my house and she's here so I can't swear, BUT YOU GET THE IDEA!
Raven: Yang, I've been watching you as a bird for years...you'd think i'd stop now? How could you keep this from me? the fact that I had a granddaughter. I knew but it's a shame you didn't come clean.
Yang: Unlike your hands, which I don't want touching my daughter. BECAUSE SHE'S TOO INNOCENT!
Raven: Yang I only wanted to see her....and give her a gift.
Yang: what? A weapon, an invitation to join you to be a killer, KIDNAPPING?
Raven: A piece of my sword I filed down to resemble a circular gem. This will a symbol of our blood line, and I want her to have it.
Yang: take it back. Qrow's the only Branwin that's family....not you..he maybe gone, but a dead uncle's better than a living mom like you.
Raven: that's not fair I miss him.
Yang: you tried to get him killed, and me killed, and my sister, and my friends.
Raven: THAT WAS 7 YEARS AGO YANG, WHEN WILL YOU LET THAT GO.
Yang was about to get angry, but suddenly felt calm looking into her daughters eyes as her mother shouted, making excuses for herself to seem like the victim/innocent one. she feels calm and relaxed, feeling no stress and no anger, and she calmly says-
Yang: please leave my house Raven.
Raven: *gasp*....what did you say?
Yang: you're not family....please leave me and my daughter Raven and never come back.
Raven: *tear*...Yang?
Yang: I don't want you as a human or even bird, watching or coming near my house. I want you to never talk or see me or dad ever again, and that includes my sister and brother in law....leave my family alone Raven and go. I'll be happy to send some food and a drink or even give you a lift back, but please never return here again.
Raven:.....*little whimper but then turn to a straight face* fine I'm leaving then.
Yang: ok.
Raveb: Ok , here I go.
Yang: fine.
Raven: I'm never coming back though.
Yang: that's what I want Raven....goodbye.
Raven: goodbye Yang....and goodbye Clara.
and with that, she leaves. Yang thinks is that the last she'll see of her mom, but she didn't care, all she needed was her own daughter; looking her smile and little face made her happy, cause she wasn't alone anymore and found someone take care of, and who would possibly take care of her too.
I can continue with Grandma Raven and see where that goes and such.

It gets better, trust me.
Yang has been raising Clara for about 9 years now, and since the world's population of grimm is now at 20%, it's officially been declared that it's safer for people to go to beaches, visit forests and for young children, walk from school alone or with parents. Yang never leaves Clara by herself when she's at home or needs to walk to school, but the problem is she had to stay over for a long mission, jaune and ruby went on vacation with Ryse (their daughter), and her grandpa is at the hospital because he's having back problem, as long as Clara doesn't wonder off to unknown areas, or goes off with stranger, or walks in alleyways or town by herself, she'll be fine....but this experience will be something she never would have expected.
when she was walking home which was only 15 minutes away, she saw a raven fly by watching her on a tree. the raven kept staring at her and Clara didn't trust how it was looking at her funny; Clara's eye change depending on her mood most of the time. some kids think it's weird, but her friends think it's cool (red for anger, blue for sadness, violet is her regular, orange for lying, green for curiosity, purple for scared, yellow for happiness, brown for sick), but at the moment they're green. she ties her hair into a pony tail, and walks off to follow it. the bird tries to avoid her but only hops from one branch to another, hoping to avoid her but still watch her. the bird heads towards a "danger keep out" sign, but she climbs over the fence to chase after it, but she falls over and her arm get a little bruised and hurt. she tries to look for the bird but she got a head ache.....but then she heard growling in the distance and she thought "oh no". she can't climb over and she runs away, but the beast, which looks like a devolved beo wolf on all fours starts chasing her, she runs but her flat gets snagged on a root and her exposed foot gets hurt, with her jeans ripped with a scare, the grimm slowly goes towards her.....but then, her eyes got from purple, to violet.....then to pure white (which is pure, uncontrollable fear), she cries and freezes, but then yells "MOMMY" and then again "MOMMY", and as the grimm approaches her, a "SLING" sound happens....and standing before her is a woman in black and red, with a sword that has a red blade. the woman has a grimm mask and slowly takes it off, revealing her pale face, with red eyes and a long black fringe. her hair is short and she has a scare on her cheek.
Raven: little girls should not wonder into forests, that sign was there for a reason.
Clara: *Extremely heavy breathing , panting and her eyes are still white, and her face is red".....who......who.....*gulp*.......*panting*....are you?
Raven: of course she hasn't told you. I'm you're Grandma silly.
Clara:...what.....really?
2 hours later after going to the hospital, she takes her to a fast food restaurant for dinner. Raven takes a massive bite from a burger and drinks her soda....Clara still traumatized hasn't even picked up a fry. she's shaking and is looking worried.
Raven:.....what's wrong kid, not hungry?
Clara: *nods side to side*...no.
Raven: look, you are, I mean it's 6 for gods sake.
Clara: how do I know you're my grandma?
Raven: *slurp*....you ask that now? to be fair you did get your arm and foot injured; but you ask that after a strange woman with a sword, saves your life, takes you to a hospital, and buys you a kids meal?.....*bites a burger and talks with her mouth full* you are a weird kid.....*slurp*.
Clara:....hmm...I guess. But where were you all this time....why hasn't grandpa or mommy, or ant ruby and uncle jaune mention you?
Raven: that's a long story kid, and that story is about 34 years old....like your mother. despite the hair, you look a lot like her. Eyes, face, skin colour, the lot. even that little look.
Clara: why did you leave mommy and grandpa?
Raven: why were you all by yourself with no one to walk you home? where was mommy, grandpa, aunt ruby or uncle jaune? hmm?
Clara: mommy's on a mission, grandpa's in hospital, auntie and uncle and ryse are on holiday...and as long as I don't wonder off or stay out for too long, I can get home safely.
Raven: my fault I led you to me, though I was trying to get away from you.
Clara: hmm?
Raven: that bird? that was me?
Clara: really?
Raven: yep, I can turn into one, I can even show you, but not in public.
Clara: that's silly.
Raven: so are evil creatures and magical rocks yet they're real right?
Clara:....true......I wanna go home.
Raven: finish your food and we'll go home.
15 minutes later they go outside her house, and they see yang's car.
Raven:.....shoot.
Yang: come on Yang, she has to be fine, you looked everywhere, but she has to be, OH GOD I NEED TO CALL THE POLICE! OK, OK, ok, ok, calm down, maybe she' just.....stopping at a friends, DAMMIT WHY DIDN'T I GET HER A PHONE!
Clara all bandaged up runs to yang.
Clara: *cries*.....MOMMY, *bursts into tears*.
Yang: oh my god.....CLARA, *cries as well*, MY LITTLE CLARA *hold her tightly*...my little girl, mu beautiful little girl, I was worried sick.....WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU, WHY ARE YOU HURT, WHAT HAPPENED?
Clara:......*slowly crying*.......I'm sorry, *bursts into tears again*.
Yang: shhhh shhhh shhhh, you're here now, you're here now........*stares at Raven*.......you're here now *eyes turn red*. go ups stairs, run a bath, have one and put your jammies on sweetie; ok?
Clara: *nods her head up and down and gives her mom a kiss, then runs up stairs*
Yang: get the fuck out of my house Raven.
Raven: I can explain, ok? she would have died if not for me.
Yang: sit down and tell me.
2 hours after explaining everything
Yang: she wouldn't have done it if you hadn't come along.
Raven: I've been watching over you for years, I'm only doing the same for her. who do you think warned your uncle about where you 2 girls were, or who saved you on that bus when you were 17?
Yang: that was then, this is now.
Raven: I needed to see her grow; I only do it once a year.
Yang: when I told you not to come near us.
Raven: I did listen, but I thought it's be safer to watch from a far.....but no interact, you know?
Yang: get out of my house, we're done.
Raven:.........I'm sorry......for everything I've done in the past. This was my fault ok? but what if your sister and her family, or you and your dad are gone for a while and this happens again. Hunting is a lost art at the moment and you're probably gonna need to work harder at finding another job, and need to work harder at the own you currently have, when all grimm die out. You can't protect her and work hard at the same time....not even your dad can do that job alone. I want to be a part of your life ok? I'm, SORRY. I was selfish, i hurt and killed people, I was a coward and liar....but most importantly (pulls out a locket of her when she was a baby and she was holding her*.....*tear* I left my baby.....I don't want you losing your's.....just let me be a part of your life....I don't have the right to go back with your father, or be called mom....but I want to help you and your daughter I swear on my life.
Yang:.......*thinks back to when she did help during the last battle*....one chance.....that's it. if you mess it up, you're as good as gone.
Raven: than you....but there's something I've been meaning to ask...her father?
Yang:....I couldn't find Mercury...it's almost like he disappeared off the face of the earth. no police reports, no suspects, no mention of him in underground organisation. heck, there were no ransom scams, crime lords taking him, secret missions which I can know about....literally nothing, and his bank account was apparently destroyed, but not before the money was taken....or rather moved?
Raven: how do you know?
Yang: cause after I got pregnant and that was a story on the news, cause you know, famous huntress for a short while which died down about 3 years ago which helped get bullies off Clara's back and.....that's not the point. after all that happened, 300 grand was transferred to my account, and that's when I started searching for him....and nothing at all.
Raven: That's weird. He most of known you were pregnant because of that, knew it was his kid, and transferred the money last minute, and went off by himself. so where did he go?
Yang: I said I couldn't find him.....but 1 month after I gave birth to Clara, there was a report on the news stating that a man saved a young faunus boy from a fire. he was actually stabbed by 2 people who caused the fire and only had enough strength to save the boy. Honestly, I can't believe he did that. He looked a little different but it was him. he must have been going under a different identity for safety reason, probably to avoid any relation to me about the tournament or anything. Honestly, it broke me. sure it was a 1 night stand, but the idea of him still being alive would at least give me the chance to probably show Clara her father, or ask why he knew but didn't come to me.....but I ended up like dad....a single parent with no one to warm my bed...but at least I have her.

Yang: i mean the thrill of being important, seeing smiles on people's faces knowing they're live, having children look up to you....now she's looking up to a pile of paper work.

Hmm, I was actually expecting this to happen in the climax of Volume 4; Raven takes Ruby captive in return for giving Qrow anti-venom medicine. And then it's a race to save Ruby from the Branwens in Volume 5, before she gets corrupted by Raven. At the very least she'll have her moral code challenged for the first time since Roman. Alas, it was not to be.
Though if they meet now, I doubt she'll be able to sway Raven back to the side of light, more likely Raven will try to sway her, citing how Qrow is nothing but a "shill for Ozpin," and how Ruby and Yang are nothing more than Ozpin's pawns. Make Ruby wonder if she's really on the right side. But we'll see.
