(Take note - I got the quote from the Sony DVD of FINAL WARS, which is all El Raymondo has to work with, so that quote may be a wrong translation. Lemme know if there's a more accurate translation.)-----
This was something I had stashed away for a while now, I just put it on hold on the count of doing commissions. I'm making this as a print for this year's G-Fest.

seriously cool work! The Secretary General from Final Wars looks great, as does Kiryu Goji, or is that meant to be Final Goji? If it is, he looks much better than the movie version lol (Final Goji was good, but I think his design wasn't as good as previous Millennium suits, thats me at least)

That's the Secretary General (played by Akira Takarada). He says the line right after he pops up and shoots a sword out of an Xilien's hand (saving Captain Gordon).
