Figures. A whole summer of looking into one show, and THIS is the one I end up really getting into.

On that note, I think this is sound advice to remember for not just certain TV shows, but entertainment in general.

I really wish Jarkes would look at this drawing.

Yes, Doctor Insano is both a clone AND a split personality of Spoony. There is no indication that this isn't canon. The only one "presuming to know more about the show than its creators" is you, Jarkes.

If you are wondering how it fits into your very rigid defintion of "canon"...it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if other videos haven't elaborated on it. They sholdn't. They already established it, they shouldn't dwell on it. Besides, I don't see YOU coming up with an origin for Insano (and "he has no origin" ISN'T an origin).

Bottom line: if you don't like Insano's backstory, fine. But don't go around declaring what is or isn't canon. Oncve you start doing that, you stop being a fan and you become a whiny douchebag, a real life Douchey McNitpick.

In other words, Jarkes: you are the lorellashray of That Guy With the Glasses.

I think you might've commented on the wrong work.

Nope, this is the one I was to comment on.

In any case, apparently Linkara has an even bigger satick up his ass than Jarkes. I really miss the days when Doug took potshots at his Fan Dumn with the character of Douchey McNitpick...

This is a Demotivational poster about Mystery Science Theater 3000 using an image from the show, not a drawing that has to-

Oh, I get it now. Sorry, your use of the word "drawing" threw me off.

Another good advice they gave was, about not comparing things, it isn't healthy.
