OH GOG. This took longer than I expected! I'm sorry for the delay. ;-; traveling, school exams, social life.. you know the drill. But now it's here!
I explained pretty much EVERYTHING in this part, so this might sound like a tutorial for dummies haha. I just wanted to be thorough and explain ALL the pros and cons I went through with this process. ALL OF THEM. I hope this'll be helpful on your own path of Vriska cosplay~ <3

Do you think this technique would work on a pair of jeans for a Tavros cosplay? :3 It looks so great, and I could probably actually manage to make it. Brilliant job c:

why not, I think many have done tav legs with this. The thicker fabric might empty the markers faster but other than that I see no problem.

My friends linked this to me because she wanted me to help her make her Vriska arm, because I'm more technically proficient and whatnot. After reading it, I AM SO EXCITED!!!! This looks absolutely phenomenal and I can only hope I do it justice! Great job!

I have no exp with those markers but i'd say the blending won't work with those. but if you're going with flat colors and if those markers are waterproof then go ahead, experiment with some scrap fabric first then you'll know

Lol 8ut copics are a 8it outta my price range........ will sharpies work as a su8stitute? or can you recommend any other kinds that will work well on the pantyhose?

ummmmm. personally I wouldn't use those for the color is too dark, the zigzag pattern and they kinda look too thick, it'd kill a marker very fast. but if you're gonna do a simpler version with just a few lines and stuff without much shading then.. go ahead and try! with robolegs it might work, who knows. there's really no right or wrong with this : )

*cries* this is so beautiful!!! I've tried to make gloves like that and failed dramatically, and I've also tried making a mechanical arm type thing and it turned out so uncomfortable and stiff! But this, this... *sobs* It's amazing.
