This was drawn as a request by someone on one of the media platforms I used. I do know her, but I can't contact her anymore...Moving along, Scorchwing was a young dragon that lived his family somewhere in the wilderness. As he was in his teenage years, an ambush was orchestrated on him and the other dragons. Luckily, he was the only one who escaped until a group of cowboys had caught him with their lassos. He was raised on a ranch where he was constantly, and unfortunately used to be the next mount for any other cowboy that would ride him successfully. Scorchwing did learn to buck while examining the horses, and in doing so he threw off every rider that attempted. But when Brandon came along, there may be a chance where the young cowboy would try and soothe the wild dragon...

All of the fields only have horses in them as the draft dragon calmly plods along, enjoying the fresh air.

"The breeze is nice and gentle. So I guess it's a good time that I brought my lasso!" He takes out his lasso, ties it, and then does a few roping tricks. He throws and twirls it in the air so that he wouldn't accidentally rope the dragon's neck."

The dragon seems completely happy as he relaxes under you, letting you do as many tricks as youβd like.

Brandon chuckles upon twirling it up while he sits bareback. "I gotta do this when I work with Scorchwing again!" He puts it down, and then lightly kicks the dragon's sides. "Alright, come on now."

The black dragon nods and heads back towards the barn, expecting his trial to have been done, but heβs easy enough to steer that you could take him elsewhere.

"It's been fun, but I gotta work with the next dragon. Thanks for the ride, buster. Hey... I think I can call you Buster from now on." He dismounts and helps him in the stall. Then he decides to go for the green dragon next.

Buster nudges you gently and happily before laying back down in his stall.
The green dragon swiftly steps up to the edge of his stall, seeming really excited to work out.

"Howdy there, fella." He enters the stall, and pats his head. "You look like the perfect dragon to ride on. But it'll be fine, I'll work with you under that saddle in no time!"

The green dragon smiles and shifts excitedly around his stall, tongue flicking out every few seconds.
