Pffffft... do you Americans know nothing of European/Baltic times? xD

WE have 24 H in a day there is no AM or PM only 24 H. from 0-12 it's night/morning/beginning of noon. From there on time keeps going until 24 and to know what time it is in AM or PM you need to do a simple math problem with anything that comes after 12.Let's say that all numbers after 12 are x and the number 12 is the number that needs to be separated from them (solution: x-12= a number from 1-12; example: 13-12=1 /it's it one in the afternoon/).... I hope you can understand this cus' I'm drunk right now. xD (Why did I use math as a reference anyway?)
