This took four and a half hours to make start to finish! AHHHHH I thought I'd never get finished. There are 71 frames, each hand drawn on the 50 by 50 pixel scale. My eyes and head hurt from the tiny details.Regardless of everything, I really do love how this turned out. We start off with Danny in the Park (the one he was at with Cujo in "Shades of Grey"), his ghost sense goes off, and a ghost blows something up. So, he screams out his catch phrase, then transforms to Danny Phantom and zooms off.
I'm most proud of his transformation. I took the longest time (mostly because I had a hard time deciding how to make it look like he was leaping into the air then zooming away. I'd post this as my avatar for the icon contest, but I don't know if it would be fitting enough to be a club icon for an entire year. Just because I love it doesn't mean anyone else would for that long.

Haha, I probably will tackle another avatar like this at some point. But, flash is too expensive for me. when I think about it, the avatar really didn't take me that long in comparision to my other digital works. It's just scale wise, yes it did take a long time. But, I had to keep redrawing the frames because Danny's movement changed in everyone. It was definately worth it, though. I enjoy watching it play.

Thank you, those details were a pain! I can zoom in 32:1 times, but still when I had to zoom out and test the animation, it hurt my eyes.
