WARNING:I'm long winded.
Devised with CS2 and a Wacom tablet in mind.
REMEMBER: If the mane and tail look ugly here, it's because the original bg image isn't purple, but.. You know, not purple.
What looks blocky here flows there. You'd be surprised how often that actually happens, I think. Or maybe not!Or maybe I should stop rambling again.
Dedicated to everyone who has ever pestered me about making a tutorial on this, and to those who just want to know one simple way of doing it.

Uuh... I honestly have no idea! I've never used an Elements program. I have a copy of it from when I got my Wacom, but since I already had CS2 I didn't bother loading it.

OHMYGOD I just realized the other day that those onesies you sent were VELCRO instead of SNAP. How cool is that? I've never seen velcro onesies before.
