I didn't technically take the photo myself. But I did set up the trail cam! So I'll happily take credit for that.
This is on our property & our only reason for the trail cam is to capture the local wildlife & oooh and ahh at it after the down load. <3 A few of the images from yesterday had our dog Shannon in them. It was funny to see what she does when unsupervised. lol
Anyhow, this is a beautifully colored white tail doe and she is the sweetest. This past fall she was with at least 7 other does & a young buck. I call her Big Red. Not terribly creative, I know. lol. I haven't seen any of the others lately however. I know the rut is coming up because I have seen 2, 4 point bucks this late spring with velvet covered antlers. I'd LOVE to see the trail cam catch the boys too. Perhaps we'll get to see one of the following. Which I know live in the area; more deer, a coon or two, an opossum, a skunk family with 2 adult females with about 15 kits (that hubby saw about a week ago crossing the road) more squirrels, crows, perhaps a raptor or two, mice &/or rats, mink, a red fox, a groundhog, chipmunks, flying squirrels, and one or two creatures that I probably forgot to mention.
