Entry:
It coordinates “gangs” of Marmothief to steal the possessions of both humans and pokémon alike, but rarely partakes on the action, preferring to watch from the tree it calls its den. A strange metallic filament is always growing from its wrist, which it twists into a chain-like shape for mobility and close combat. The longer one’s chain, the older it is. Its tail is also quite malleable and can be used in convenient ways, such as opening locks and holding tools.

Finally an evolution for Marmothief. This one is based on the Robust Capuchin Monkey , while the shiny is still inspired by the Golden Lion Tamarin .
The Capuchin Monkey already looks a lot like a Yakuza member or a Gangster to me, so the concept for this one was a no brainer. While the Marmothiefs represent the mooks, Monkrook is the crime lord who never dirties his hand and prefers to let his lackeys do the job. It's the region's equivalent of a Mightyena, the dark-type route 1 mon which every evil team member is going to throw at you at some point.

I was really unsure about the chains in the beginning, cause they look very non-natural, but in the end it looked much better with them than without them.
My design, I can do whatever I want, so whatever.
