As soon as it approaches another one of their species, its individuality vanishes and it starts to operate as part of a hivemind. In this state, it lives only to move as a group, devour all the plant life it can find, even including pokémon, and multiply. During battle, Swarminds manipulate the color of their wings in disorienting patterns in conjunction with their repetitive buzzing sound to cause enormous psychological distress to their opponents.

Didn't finish the Valentine's day drawing in time, so here's this guy a bit earlier than usual instead.
Tried to reach a Yanmega-like vibe with it. Something that looks nasty, but still not repulsive, a bit on the weirder side.... I said it wouldn't stay cute.
This one was more directly based on the Chromacris speciosa than its pre-evo, but actually it's shiny form was the initial concept for this mon. Didn't want the color palette to go to waste.
