It can always be seen relaxing near a body of water, no matter the weather, as it can remain warm on cold days, thanks to its
thick fur and fat, or cool itself by rolling on mud. Its bathing suit like torso is actually a flotation device, and can keep it safe
from strong currents. It’s well known for its relaxed personality, being very docile around humans and pokémons alike, but it
can become really angry and put up a fight if it’s relaxation is interrupted. it’s relaxation is interrupted.

Capuddle's evolution at last, the final evolution of the Tupama region's very own route 1 rodent line. Not much to say about it... My main reference for it was the ice-cream tourist from Lilo and Stich.
Just like Capuddle it was purposely made to look a bit stupid... Maybe a little too much tough?
