Hi, everybody! Dakaueze here, and today we're gonna take our eyes from the Transformers for a while and focus on the human characters. It took a while to get to humans, because I thought the first reference sheet for Beyondverse humans should be special. So, this one will showcase the series' first major recurring humans and the Autobots' original allies since the very beginning of Transformers: The Witwickys!!!

Sparkplug's first name is William, which I got from US Marvel's Transformers #3 "Prisoner of War".

A lot of you don't know who Bruce, Butch, and Rusty are and I promise that I can explain. In the preproduction of Transformers back in 1984, the Witwicky son had three working names: "Spike", "Buster", and "Butch". Originally, the editors and writers for the Marvel comic book settled with Spike, but the Sunbow cartoon showrunners thought the name was too aggressive, so Buster made it to the comic. However, the cartoon ended up using Spike anyway. Butch's only appearance in the original G1 series was in a Transformers coloring book from 1985 called Forest Rescue Mission. Now, Butch has been mostly forgotten, making rare appearances as the live-action movies' version of Spike and having an evil version of him as an ally of the evil Autobots in Shattered Glass.

Bruce Witwicky is technically not an OC. Bruce originally appeared in Shattered Glass as an ally of the Autobots along the rest of the criminal Witwicky family. He was suppose to be the mirrorverse version of Sam from the movies, but Fun Publications couldn't directly reference the films at that time, so they changed his first to fit with the other G1 Witwicky brothers. My version of Bruce is based on the IDW version of Spike, the difference being that he won't be an traitorous and reckless punk who fights against the Autobots like IDW Spike.

Rusty Witwicky is my own entry in the Witwicky family. For those who don't know, the idea of Spike having a younger sister was part of the G1 cartoon's early development, but sadly the idea was scrapped. In The Transformers (2009) #17 "Revenge of the Decepticons Part 4: Burning Chrome" and Robots in Disguise/The Transformers vol.2 #51 "All Hail Optimus Part 2: Edge of the Earth", it was briefly mentioned in both that IDW Spike had a sister, but it was never expounded upon throughout the rest of the series.

Sparkplug sees the Autobots as ultimate machines and is amazed by their abilities. He supports them in their battle against the Decepticons, although he is just as impressed by the evil robots' technical structures. Never formally educated, Sparkplug relies on his instincts and basic mechanical know-how to survive.

He has an artist's heart, and he relates better with the Autobots' personalities than his father ever will. Spike has a great respect for Optimus Prime, and he shares the Autobots' intense hatred for the Decepticons because he understands their purpose and ideals more than he admires their powers and abilities.

He can be very headstrong, always charging into battle or go on his own way without plan. He means well, but sometimes he takes it too far.

Buster is highly intelligent, but dangerously inept when it comes to operating mechanical or electrical devises. He can ruin a VCR just trying to set the clock, and when it comes to his beat-up jalopy, he doesn't even trust himself to check the oil.

She seeks to show her might to prove her might to her family and the Autobots, feeling that she needs to prove herself as a member of Team Prime.
