Description
My character on new steampunk-ish dinosaur RP forum, Panthalassia (link is in my DA journal, if you want to join). He's sort of an alternate version of my draconic Captain Kron. Only now he's a bluejay-marked deinonychus :B So thar.Background's kinda barren, but I'm lazy and almost never do realmedia. So there ya go.

You should do real media more often! The coloring is really smooth and the shading is just astounding. Also the deatils that you did in this picture...like the skin flaps on the neck, the feathers, the wrinkle lines, and my favorite, the sword underneath the cloth. I LOVE when artists do that. Put items underneath cloth and make it so you can see and actually think it is making the cloth rise ^^ 3Dish. You did a fantasmic job on this ^^

Oo, I like him. Feathered dinosaurs are way cool. I love his markings too.
He reminds me of one of my characters. I'm not accusing you of ripping - there's a finite number of 'blue bipedal animal with feathers' combos. Especially when they look so cool, it's no wonder artists converge sometimes.
The shading on his legs and feet is pretty ace - is that watercolour?
