Description
Name: Bromden ArnoldsBorn: October 4, 1926; Los Angeles, California
Died: Date Unknown; Location Unknown
Allegiance: Assassins
Bio: Bromden was the son of Bodaway Arnolds, a half-Apache resident of California, and Lin Jian, a Chinese woman who had immigrated to the States when she was a young girl. Both of his parents came from Assassin stock, and thus he was naturally raised with the Creed as well. Between the normal family and friends routine of his day life, he was trained and taught in the history, philosophy, and skills of the Brotherhood, earning him many talents that would suit him well over the course of his life. By far his family was the most important and influential thing to him growing up, though. His parents taught him to form strong bonds with the people he grew close to, and draw strength from that love, and it was a force that carried him forward through many an adventure.
During his teenage years, he met a beautiful young woman named Macha Arlie, daughter of a scientist named Winona. The two became quick friends while the Arlies were visiting California, and they swore to visit one another often. The two soon became inseparable, despite the distance issues, and they hit off a relationship. The resilience to distance would prove valuable when Bromden turned 18 and was drafted to go overseas and help fight the Templar threat in the Pacific Theatre in World War II. He became a pilot in the 5th Bomber Command in the Philippines, proving to be an excellent flyboy for his lack of experience. During his service, Bromden met an interesting character by the name of Lieutenant Jesse Marcel, who became a quirky but good friend to Bromden throughout and after the war.
When the war finally ended, Bromden returned to the States, and the first stop he made was his girlfriend Macha’s front door in South Dakota, where he got on his knee in front of her and proposed. The next few years, Bromden mostly focused on the smaller things. Local problems and small missions in between providing for his wife and eventually their daughter Wanbli, who was born in 1950. Bromden saved up and got them a nice little home in the quiet town of Deadwood, South Dakota, so that they could live a comfortable life together. However, things seem to have not been entirely alright. While there are a few records from the 1960s listing him as being under government service, all records drop out after 1963. No one, even his daughter, ever saw him again after that point.
Years later though, in 2019, his genetic memories would be relived in an Animus by his great-granddaughter, Ava Arlie.

Man, I freaking love your designs. I always struggle when designing my historical Assassins.

Thanks man It can definitely be a struggle sometimes, especially with more modern time periods where the clothing style doesn't really allow for that flowey Assassin-like silhouette. I mainly based Bromden's outfit off of some exaggerated fighter pilot uniforms.
