If anyone were to ask me what series would make for a perfect crossover with Assassin's Creed, I would honestly say RWBY. Formulaically, the two series lend themselves to each other pretty well. A world shaped by decades of history with many events dealing with the struggle between freedom and control. Various organizations formed over the years to either preserve or annihilate those freedoms. Ancient beings from thousands of years ago whose existence is only remembered in modern myths and fairy-tales. There's just a lot to work with. And it leads to a lot of awesome headcanons too.

Like, what if Summer Rose was an Assassin? Or what if Raven was a Templar? What if the Assassins helped the faunuses fight for their liberty during the Faunus Rights Revolution? What if the White Fang was secretly a branch of the Assassin Brotherhood before Adam corrupted it and split it off? What if the Schnee Dust Company is Remnant’s equivalent of Abstergo and Weiss’s grandfather was secretly the Templar Grand Master? What if the Four Maidens and the Wizard were members of Remnant’s equivalent of the First Civilization? It works in so many areas!

I dunno XD Just sounds like a cool idea to me.
