Description  Welp, it's finally here...

And forgive if I make a mistake guys. It's been a while.

So let's talk about the word "Turbo". A little odd as a talking point, but it kinda fits this concept because it can get really REALLY fast. Remember the time before Link Monsters when you could Special Summon a single monster and just accelerate into victory, murderizing your opponent faster than they could say "I draw"? It was a glorious time where your only limitation was negation and you could go as fast as you wanted.  This Concept right here reminds me of those beautiful times because it can get just as fast and just as hectic as the Synchros, Xyzs and Pendulums before it (and even Fusions after a certain amount of time).

So Composition Monsters are reminiscent of literally Fusions, Synchros and Xyzs both in summon and function. Your first requirement is a Base Monster, which is similar to a Tuner Monster as the first piece you need. From there it's a really simple series of events...a little too simple to me...The rest of the Composition Materials come out of your Graveyard with no cost, just place them on top of the Base Monster and that's all there is to it. Place the Materials in front of the Composition Monster (they're in a weird invisible zone like how the Banished Zone is) and that's your summon. From there a Composition Monster is basically like an Xyz Monster; you detach, or "deactivate" in their text, the Materials to activate effects. When you deactivate a Composition Material you flip it face-down and (presumably) place it at the bottom of the stack. Note that you can use multiple Base Monsters to Summon 1 Composition Monster depending on its requirements (at least I think it depends on the requirements). Composition Monsters have Qualities, so Level/Rank based effects don't affect them either. You need a Base Monster with a Level equal to the desired Composition Monster in order to summon it.

So...Let's run that all back:
1) Use a Base Monster
2) Get your Materials out of the Graveyard
3) Put them on top of your Base Monster
4) Summon your Composition Monster
5) Level/Rank based effects don't work on them
6) You can use multiple Base Monsters for the Summon of the same Composition Monster
7) Technically there's no real requirements for non-Base Monsters

What does that all mean?
Originally, I thought it meant that you could deactivate the Base Monster you used from the Composition you just Summoned, deactivate it for an effect and pitch it. If you have another Base Monster on standby or if you have easy access to one, just use the Base Monster you just sent to the Graveyard along with the new one for another Composition Summon (Lion Heart's Cub is searchable by Fire Formation - Tenki...). It's just insane thinking about that. I now know that Composition Materials go to the Graveyard along with they're monster. Does this make me think that Composition Monsters are any less busted than I initially thought?

No...I still think they're busted.

Here's why:
What makes this different from Synchros and Tuners is that Composition Monsters function out of Graveyard, which is just rich in resources just by naturally progressing through the game. Synchro Summons require monsters on the field (or in your hand on very rare occasions) and the right amount of Levels to summon the monster you want; which can take a lot of time to set up. Even with methods to Special Summon monsters from the Graveyard, Compositions only require a Base and whatever you can dig up from the Grave. No need to search your Deck; little need to set up your field; no need to add Levels; hell, no need to worry about Levels since all they require is "non-Base Monsters". These aspects actually make Compositions comparable to Zoodiacs in that sense, but it's worse because its a mechanic and not an archetype-based effect. Zoodiacs mainly rely on Ratpier and other cards to set their fields up and the Xyz only gain ATK from equipped Zoodiac Monsters. With Compositions, you can put in less effort to fill up your Graveyard because you can just mill a bunch of stuff with cards like Lightsworns, Infernoids, That Grass Looks Greener, etc. and proceed to steamroll with all your new resources. It's the literal definition of recycling! Once you do this enough you can just load up your shots and...

I'm not sure how much you guys miss Turbo Decks, but this is ridiculous. This is hopefully one of the only Concepts that I'll appreciate as a concept and a concept alone. As much as I don't like negative reviews, this is just insane; I'm sorry. It can get way too fast way too easily and...while I haven't been exposed to many Composition-based archetypes, I would assume that its maximum potential has been utilized by the community by now. Frankly that's all I have to say; this is my first actual negative review. Fun Fact: Proto-Fusion would have been negative but I figured out some easy alterations. I'd have to rebuild this Concept from the ground up to make it work; basically creating a new one in the process.

And no, I didn't put this Concept off because of what it does.

Artist's Note: As much as I didn't want to make another red card; I've made so many at this point I might as well be a soccer referee. Still, I found a way to make this one special in its own right. I don't know why the transitioning shades work so well, but they compliment the Qualities nicely. Maybe the the brightness in the corner makes it seem like a ray of hope in the midst of its inevitable conquest or something.

SIDE NOTE: The archetype is a reference to 's own archetype based around Number 54: Lion Heart . It's just a little token of my appreciation...though the archetype is so damn massive I'm not sure if adding more cards to it made it any better. Also yes, I know the cards don't really match up design-wise; it took me a while to actually figure out how to tackle it. I figured "why not make this Lion Heart King a new aspect of the archetype since they have a ton of variations already. I don't think it'd hurt if it were a different color." If that doesn't seem to work then you have my apologies. Not sure what the next review is at this point, just know that I'll be diving deeper into the LionHeartKing Wikia   soon enough.

Lion Heart's Cub (EARTH)
Level: 1
[Beast-Warrior/Base/Effect]
Lore: This card's name is treated as "Lion Heart Squire". If you control a "Lion Heart" Monster with a Level: You can target that monster and Tribute it; Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon 1 "Lion Heart's Cub" once per turn this way. If this card is Special Summoned this way: You can activate 1 of the following effects.
● Send 1 Rank 1 "Lion Heart" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck to your Graveyard.
● Attach this card to 1 "Lion Heart" Xyz Monster you control as Xyz Material.
ATK: 100 DEF: 100

Lion Heart King, the Guillotine (EARTH)
Quality: 1
[Warrior/Composition/Effect]
Lore: "Lion Heart Squire" + 2 non-Base Monsters in your Graveyard
This card cannot be destroyed by battle. All damage you take in battles involving this card is halved. When this card battles a Defense Position monster: You can deactivate 1 Composition Material from this card; destroy that monster before damage calculation, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's DEF.
ATK: 100 DEF: 100

I do not own the artwork (which belongs to its respective owner/s), the game of Yu-Gi-Oh (which is © of Konami and Kazuki Takahashi) or the template I used to make this. I made this using a Series 9 version of Magic Set Editor that I have heavily customized with a little help from Photoshop.

Very nice artwork and one of the rather cool Custom Summoning Methods. Could you upload your template for the Composition monsters ?

You've actually got it wrong. When you deactivate a Composition Material, you flip it face-down in the stack, not send it to the Graveyard! The only way to send Composition Materials to the Graveyard is making the Composition Monster leave the field!

If don't believe me, ask my friend , the creator of Composition Summon.

Please people, read this before commenting negatively about his work!
