Pendulum Lore: "FanGuard" cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. When you Ritual Summon a "FanGuard" or Pendulum Ritual monster, you can send this card from your Pendulum Zone to your Graveyard as 1 of the monsters required for the Ritual Summon.
Lore: During either player's turn: You can Tribute this card, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. If you control a face-up "FanGuard" or Pendulum Ritual Monster: Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase. You can only use this effect of "FanGuard Crow Tengu" once per turn.
ATK: 1900 DEF: 2100

EDIT: I have actually switched to a Series 9 version of Magic Set Editor (which I also don't own) for making cards, though I have heavily customized version I have for maximum creativity.
