Hello ladies and gents it me agian with a new artwork. This artwork is a new profile pic for myself as a changed my named from blackceaser2000 to blackkaiser2000. Now for this name to make sense i drew up this a black guy in a prussian unifrom with a few modern elements like the sun glasses and a few refences to the 65th infantry regiment of Puerto Rico along with a Puerto Rican flag painted on it.
