Because I believe this pairing is one of the most powerful romantic loves in all of Sailor Moon. Serenity and Endymion? Definitely. Haruka and Michiru? Of course. Zoisite and Kunzite? They might've been evil in the Dark Kingdom, and they might not have gotten redeemed or much screentime, but I found their love to be one of the most touching relationships in Sailor Moon, ever. And like Serenity and Endymion, I imagine they must've have some difficulties in their relationships as well - that perhaps their love had also once been viewed with the same prejudice that Serenity and Endymion were experiencing- a love that was not appropriate, one that was forbidden, not to be. As such, here is Zoisite, wishfully longing for the same romance, because although it's a different sort of love, what he feels is love all the same.UWAH I'LL STOP NOW. THIS PAIRING, I LOVE IT SO MUCH IT HURTS, I CAN'T STOP.
A quick thing I was working on inspired by all sorts of lovely artworks all over DA, particularly Mucha and and 's works. I idolize they way they colour and was heavily influenced by them when I was doing this drawing. Please check them out, their artworks are simply stunning!!

Thank you! I always thought the Zoi/Kun romance was very special and powerful - they grew to love in a world of evil and darkness. How is that not inspiring?! And Haruka and Michiru, their relationship is just beautiful, I used to think of it like their relationship and partnership was a little similar to Zoi and Kun's, but on the Sailor Senshi side.

I totally agree with everything you say too. I was disapointed that these two never got reborn/redeemed in the anime.....But they did in my mind. This pairing made me cry more than Serenity/Endymion ever did.
Poor Zoisite! He looks so sad. I just want to give him a great big cuddle. Or get Kunzite to do it for me.

I would've loved to see something of a 'future after what had happened' with Zoisite and Kunzite. They were totally meant to be. Serenity/Endymion was sad, but this one, kind of like Nephrite and Naru, because it /didn't/ succeed was what made it so earthshatteringly sad for me. T^T.

I read that too and loved it! Although personally I still think I enjoyed the PGSM Kunzite/Endymion more XD. I just have a fondness for PGSM Kunzite, and not a lot of people write him. T^T
