Download for better view.And I have something to say about the 7th step: choose the color you want to erase with LEFT click, then you erase it (or recolor it in white) with RIGHT click.
This is a tutorial for all the people out there asking how I make my bases.
It's very simple, guys, really.
You just have to get used to it!
PS: the rubber tool is simply the ERASER. Okay?

It won't let me erease ANYTHING with right-clic?!?!?!?

it shouldn't really erase, it just recolor the part you right-click on. But you must choose the color white with right click than the color you want erase with left click.

when i saved it as the bitmap it made the background the same color as the outlining...

it was a light brown pony, so i used the bright blue; turns out something behind her was blue too.

It's a very slow, but you have to use the eraser tool, then right click to choose the color you want to turn white or erase and left click to erase it with the said rubber tool.
