Description
A silly commission for a client with a great imaginative sense of humor, who sent me a very detailed description of what he'd like to see....It was all his idea!! But I sure had fun executing it.
If you'd like to hire me for an original art commission, send me a DeviantArt Note and give me a description of your own commission idea.
Or you can visit my website store, to see samples of past commissions, choose the size and price you feel comfortable with, and place an order.

Monsters are funny that way.

Uh- oh... This could end in several gruesome ways, "hentai tentacled sex" included
Brunette is starting to sense something, isn't she?

Oh brother.
And here I thought I was tastefully leaving room for suspense.
Perhaps I actually have to draw victims getting killed to keep viewers from misunderstanding.
I was thinking more along the lines of the tentacle snagging the brunette's ankle, and dragging her into the ocean, and the monster eats her for dinner. ...Leaving blondie to run home, screaming in terror... But I guess actual horror scenarios are too old fashioned these days...
Well, however people come to enjoy my artwork is fine with me, as long as they are enjoying it.

Don't worry, the drawing is easily understood. Just as the beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say, maybe the problem is mine this time...

What can I say... I just like to draw monsters and girls.
I can't control how others interpret my artwork.

Some of us still like 50's-style horror. That sounds like it could be a scene from a Corman movie. "Beast of Blood Beach"!

And here I thought the poor, handsome, fellow was just curious having never seen humans before. But, I suppose that dinner comes in many forms.

Yes this is a great marine-biological discovery for those girls. I hope they appreciate it.

Thanks!
Drawing ocean waves with ink was one of those things that took me years to figure out. Then, once I "got it", it just seemed so obvious. "Of COURSE that's the way it should be done!!" How did I not get it before?? An easy attitude after the fact, I suppose!

Yeah, that's how it is with everything. As an old lady said when I was helping her use the photocopier at the library, and telling her it was easy to do: "EVERYTHING is easy when you know how, young man!" Haha.
