Haha I finally finished this!!! ;v; I didn't realise how much time went into making a tutorial (specifically organising how everything sits on the page haha) so this took way longer than I thought it would.

Anyway the information actually on the sheet is pretty basic so I thought I would link some helpful resources here as well:

Also one of the most helpful resources I've found is studying other peoples art! Take a close look at your fav artists pixel art and try to figure out how they create their pixel art, what techniques do they use? What colours? Thinking about these things can give you a whole lot of neat skills to add to your pixel art :3
Of course any pixel studies you do based off of other peoples art shouldn't be posted online without permission from the artist + correct crediting!!

As far as programs I use Clip Studio Paint for creating my pixel art but there are heaps of other programs that are capable of pixel art, some of my other favourites are Photoshop and Aesprite
