I'm very proud of this one, I'm working on a portfolio to, eventually, illustrate books.

I really do like this, I can actually see this as a real book cover for something. I think you give the edges of the oval a faded out look just to give it a little extra effect, but that's just a suggestion and the picture looks great as it is. Good job!

how the trees are standing is cool. the child could still be more worked into the pic..like being smaller or behind something to more creat a room ..i think xD

I really like the rhytm of this. I wish the trees would go just slightly darker and bluer at the top, to emphasise that that.

Nice! I got a storybook feel out of this drawing well before I was your artist's comments. Maybe try to weave that path through the trees instead of straight between them?
