This is very cute, I could see it as a children's book illustration. It's adorable.
Someone has already commented that it would be nice to make the lines thicker on the curves. I agree, this works great with cartoons in general, giving even more motion to the scene.
I'd also suggest using some strong (more saturated) colors. In this scene, perhaps some stronger, warmer browns and greens could make it even brighter and livelier!
