This script is my adaptation of Fractal-Impact's 'Light Flame' tutorial [link]
It gives some very cool plastic-like results. The key is to play with the scale and position of the linear/sperical/curl transform.
I should note that Fractal-Impact's tutorial will give a different result from what you'll get directly from this script, so I suggest you try out the tutorial anyways.
