After the events of Fab Four #11, Tecnicus and his friend Ultra Sonic are still in the Philippines. The last of the invading troops have been gathered by U.S. and Philippine authorities. Tecnicus, contacts fellow Fab
member, Falcon Heart to inform him of what happened, and to invite him and the rest of the Four to the island nation. (Tecnicus called Falcon Heart at the end of issue #10). After their two run ins with
Chromus, the search for Tine, dealing with Invada, and the horrible Horde, the Fab Four were in desperate need for a vacation. In America, Ultimate Power and Arctic Wolf fly over in Ultimate Power's ship,
the Hood, while Falcon Heart and Tine travel via Tamaz and his transporting ability. This time, there's no danger. Only a surprise when Pyj, who never left Earth after his help with Evening Star, followed the
Hood over to the Philippine Island. This time, a good time was had by all. Get all the rest you can Fab Four, because next year will be more trying than the last! Find out in issue #13, for the team's unlucky
