Spring has well and truly sprung in Australia. Numerous plants are in full bloom at the moment, including weeds. The Paterson's Curse (Echium plantagineum) plants in the foreground of this shot are quite an invasive species and can dominate agricultural land. But under the light of a 25% illuminated Moon they do have some redeeming qualities. 9th of October, 2013
