Description ...::EDIT::...
Larger and edited file on request.
Several people were complaining about the small font. Leaving critiques and comments are more than welcome, but I just don't like it when people use my tutorials and at the same time nitpick about the smallest things and don't even leave a "thank you" note.

So for those who do appreciate the 30 hours I spent in writing and drawing this tutorial: I uploaded a larger file. You can click download for full size.

...Whoa...

This is a MASSIVE tutorial I did in only 2 freakin' days! LOL.

I said I would do a gift for you all because someone hit the 60.000 pageviews. Besides, I got over 1550 watchers and my drawings of Vincent and House got over 1000 favourites.

Ooohh look at the pretty colors. My previous tutorials look quite boring compared to this baby.

Ehm... what else to say...
Have fun!

...EDIT...
Tortillions cannot be reused except for smudged areas.

However, blendingsticks can be used more often if you sharpen them with a pencil sharpener or sandpaper!!

Incredible tutorial, thanks so much! Funny, I never thought of using a tissue, but it seems so obvious after you've pointed it out! Keep up the excellent work, you're an inspiration to us all.

I've just joined DeviantArt mostly because of you. I wanted to leave you this message: Your work is incredibly pefrect, like every tiny line and shade has a unique purpose. And thank you for the tutorials, you should try to be an art teacher because it works! I saw many great pieces of work among 'deviantarts' made by genuine artists I'm sure but you are on the top of my favourites Thank you so much once again.

I remember my art teacher talking about using tissues. I don't do that because I get sick too often but I guess it works. And I love my kneaded eraser! It's one of my favorite tools (along with a 2H/4H pencil).

I made myself a quick tortillion once, I rolled up a bit of old newspaper as tight as I could. Worked nicely. All those are is rolled up newspaper type paper. So it's perfect and easy to do. My bf does a lot of his pencil work without any blending. I've been trying his technique, he's so much better at it than I am. But I'm having fun trying to get the shading smoothness right without getting all smudgy and tearing my paper

I found your drawings and tutorials long time ago. Mostly becose I'm a Supernatural fan and I searched pictures of Jensen Anyway I browsed your gallery back then and I thought that you are really good at this. Seriously. How can someone do something like that with pencils!? Dean looked like Dean and Sam looked just like Sam. I was (I am) pretty jealous. But at the time I did't really used your tutorials. I just started to draw Jensen and the result was as horrible as ever Until two weeks ago I got pretty mad to my "7 Deadly Sins" painting and I decided that I'm going to say goodbye to digital painting for a while. I wanted to do something traditionally 'cause I haven't been doing that in quite sometime.

So, drawing Misha Collins sounded pretty inspiring and I remembered your tutorials and they were awesome! I haven't ever blended anything seriously, not really, and if I have tried it I've used my finger and like you said the result it horrible. And blending made my drawing look so much realistic! My mum came to my room one day and she saw my drawing and she asked that Wwhere have you copied it, 'cause you can't draw like that?" Even though it doesn't look much like Collins, it's still quite good (compareing to my last potret drawing) and it is realistic Only the hair part sucks but I hope I'm going to be able to do something for it.

So thanks a lot Your tuts are great and really helpful. They are really inspiring and easy to read. And it's really good that you downloaded a larger size 'cause the fon't was a bit small

Sorry for the long comment. It wasn't supposed to be this long. And my English isn't always so easy to read so don't care about that
