So this effect requires editing the parameters within the HTML to change the colours for this effect, I have a tutorial here for that- MMD/MME- Editing Colour In Shaders
(I really need to update this tutorial to go more into the specifics so I'll briefly outline how to edit this effect
For colour change, please look to the "float4 LocalCol = float4" parameter, which is the 15th line of code for BH_BloodHit.fx and the 16th line (I think) for BloodParticle.fx. the numbers correspond to Red, Green, Blue, White/Black, so increasing the numbers will increase the hue of that colour.
If this doesn't help please let me know, and I'll make a spectrum effect pack for everyone

its not working ;( nothing is falling i open it in the accessory tab but nothing was falling i kept my backround back oh and its not white boxes if thats what your gonna tell me ;3

Is the png file you edited still png? It'll only work with that kind of file :3

As long as all three of the files (png, x and fx) are in the same folder and are named snowcrystal, it should work. If this is the case, and you definately have MME then it is probably your graphics card. The only way to fix this is to buy a new one, bt they are around the same price as a windows 7/8 computer. Sorry :/

how to make a different one ? like if i have that butterfly and lets say something silly ...i want it so be a rose ... just edit it and place in a rose instead? (not gonna do a rose bu still ... its that simple? )

I have a Windows 8 graphics card, which is the most powerful
And I'm afraid you can't edit my effects, but you can edit the original effect. For falling effects and butterfly you can go here- skydrive.live.com/?cid=4882AF8… , you'll want to download burstappeal and butterfly

... Ehehe... I'm a little embarrassed to ask, but for whatever reason, the effects I've downloaded off you aren't working. I'm probably just not using them right. I have the v739 of MMD, but when I upload the .x file where the accessories tab thing is, all I get is a white box instead of all the pretty falling cards, hearts, feathers, etc. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Q.Q

Well, maybe you can try and download mme and then load the x file normally... This has happened to me before...

Hello! Don't feel embarassed, lots of people ask the same questions
It sounds like your computer can't handle the effects, and won't display them. The only way of fixing this is to either use another computer with windows 7 or higher, or buy another graphics card.

If you hover over the submit button there's a button called 'manage deviations'. Click on the one you want to store and click store. Click yes and then it's done!
