Another commission piece, this time out it's Wolverine.Inked full size illustration.
I'm beaming with pride on this one. To most, this will just look like all my other pieces, but I did almost all of it with a brush. Practically every line. That's a big first for me and I'm really happy about that. I used pen on his mouth, claws and body hair and that's it.

Thanks, bro. I did cheat here and there and used a pen, but this is the first piece I did that was almost entirely brush. I think I could do it a little better now, but I've got a long way to go with that pesky brush.

aww you forgot his claws on this right hand last minute didn't you. i love the image but the claws distract me .. they are suppsed to be more 3d and be longer than his actual fingers so that means parts of his hand would hide behind the blades

i love how this peace has such hard solid blacks and almost geometric shapes and hatching and still manages to look so dynamic and organic! excellent work and very impressive.

You should be proud of this. That's freaking amazing. I can see the brushwork in this, though. It's definitely different from your other stuff.

Thanks. Yeah, the lines are definitely bolder when I use just brush. I think that's why I was able to do this one all brush. The image was really large and worked with the thick lines.

This is awesome. the linework is really good but the ink is outstanding. love the different techniques you've used kinda like Ed Mcguiness meet Richard Bennet.
