Description
A request for Inchide.EDIT: An interesting polish of a drawing that has long irked me. In 2006, while stressed from working at Verizon, i shat out a horrible, malformed drawing of "Metroid Samus." Despite being awful, it became one of my most popular. Now it is less embarrassing.
I should point out that this was drawn before i knew of the new, blonde Zero Suit Samus -- she used to look a bit different in each game and her exact look was hard to pin down.

A great peice of work. In all honesty I've always wondered what Samus looked like with the armor stripped away.

Well, in the games she looks nothing much like this -- she's more of a blonde babe. But of course, i'm more into the sad-eyed mutant freak-girl thing...

Plus the fact that blonde women as heroes and such is a little cliched.
Come on you've gotta admit that in Hollywood there are too many blondes. There needs to be more hair colors that aren't seen that often. Such as black, brunete, brown, redhead, and so on.

Yeah, you do have a point there that now there are colors that are definatley not seen, except in anime. Such as blue, green, pink, orange and so on.

Hmmm, not right now. Next on the agenda are Foxglove, and possibly chubby versions of Terra, Raven, and Starfire.
Plus, i've never been a big Mario fan....

Nah, that'd be easy. She'd just have to grow a green mane, more spikes, and a big potbelly.
Hmm, that'd be kind of cute. I do like potbellies....

Well. she sorta looks like the way she does on the first Metroid on NES. Thats after you pass the game the first time, when you play again shes not wearing armor and she has Green Hair and a White pale skin color. I think she was wearing pink clothing instead of blue.

Yeah, I though I was right about the hair, and I that's the only Metroid game I played since passing it a couple of years ago.
I didnt like the idea of giving her Blonde hair like they did on Super Smash Bros. Brawl and The Gameboy Advance

Like I had said to edgeling, the blond hair is definitively not a new thing.
The only episode were she wasn't blond was the first Metroid (1986) where she had brown/green color: [link] [link]
Samus was probably already blond in the second episode, METROID II: Return of Samus (1991): [link]
And her color was a sure thing with the third episode, Super Metroid (1994): [link]

You said she doesn't change in appearance as a result? Here's a direct wuote from the game: "Portions of my suit had to be surgically removed, altering my appearance drastically". At least I think that's what it said, either or there are parts of it still basically grafted to her (the suit, that is).

In the game, it's only her power suit who get visible modifications. My idea was that she get later second effects from the injection after we beat the game. Here is how she normaly look at the end: [link]
So you could place that pic after that.

that is just a picture of how Samus' suit looks. It is partially biological and very modular, which accounts for the change in appearance. However, we never see what she looks like under the suit. I would say this is an interesting idea of what she would look like.
