Description
"Red-Haired" Shanks is one of the Four Emperors, captain of the Red Hair Pirates, a former member of the Roger Pirates, and the man who inspired Luffy to become a pirate. The scars over his eye are from an unseen battle with Blackbeard, and he lost his left arm when he saved a young Luffy from a sea king. He's one of the most feared pirates in the world - so much so that he ended the War of the Best at Marineford just by showing up. He's friendly and laid back, and will laugh off most things, unless you mess with someone he cares about. He's a pacifist by nature, and only fights when a friend is in danger, and always avoids unnecessary bloodshed. His former crewmate Buggy the Clown sees him as a rival, but the only people confirmed to be on his level are the other Yonko and Dracule Mihawk, with whom he shares his birthday.
