This is Mello's very belated birthday gift. I had drawn it irl and was finished by Mello's b-day but when I scanned it, I thought it looked too sloppy and could be vastly improved so I spent all week fixing it up and now I like it.This a Mello/Near comic; PG; 9 pages long

I'm not such a fan of couples-with-Near-in, so I'm quite sure this is the first time I fave something about that
I so like the way you draw Near and Mello that I've learnt to recognize your style at a glance.....whenever some DN clubs send new deviations, "Huh? it's RubberSoul's?..let's go check it 
This is a really well-done, in-character and touching doujin, congrats! ..I hope you'll soon post more.

Ahh, I believe this was roughly a month in the making (starting mid-november) because I procrastinate a lot. I first drew everything on notebook paper and measured the page width carefully. However, when I scanned it, I though it looked awful so I spent about a week and a half inking all the pages on the computer. @_@ What a week, looking back on it.
