Jane pondered Hershey's earlier question. Whether or not that she loved Kid. The more Jane thought about it... the more she reflected back on how much happier she's been after having him back in her life.How his presence has not only been comforting, but it brought a warmth that she longed for when they went their separate ways. Admittedly, life felt cold without him. And no amount of a warm comforting presence from another could ever compare to the one that Kid always had whenever they were together.
The realization caused her heart to beat fast. Along with the heat she felt from the redness of her cheeks...
Jane began to motion the flame close to her face, manipulating its shape. The thought of Kid appeared as she gazed into the fire. Soon enough... the flame formed into that of a heart. And it finally hits her...
"...I do." She whispered.
"I... do love him. I love Kid..."
