Lucas and Harper were students at Magic Academy. They were a couple and had been for quite some time. The two of them spent most of their free time together. It seemed like the two of them were inseparable.

Lucas and Harper were also known for pulling pranks. Being upperclassmen, they could cast spells the younger students did not even know existed. They even know the swapping spell. For one of their projects, they decided to swap bodies and see if anyone noticed. That way they could pull a prank and do their project at the same time.

Lucas and Harper gathered together all the items they would need and met at a place where they would not be disturbed. It was a secret room only a few students knew about, mostly couples. Once they had everything prepared, they held hands and chanted the words for the spell in unison.

Smoke filled the room as a magical fire surrounded them. Their hair was the first thing to change. Lucas had short black hair which grew longer and lightened. Harper had brown hair which became shorter and darkened.

Lucas's blue eyes became brown. Harper's brown eyes became blue. Next their clothing changed. Lucas had on mostly black clothing which became white and red. The white and red clothing of Harper became mostly black. His pants became a skirt while her skirt became pants.

The breasts of Lucas grew larger while the breasts of Harper became smaller. They were roughly the same height so any change in size was unnoticeable with all the other things going on. Lucas lost his masculine features and gained feminine ones while Harper lost her feminine features and gained masculine ones.

Their genitals changed with Lucas becoming female and Harper becoming male. A few subtle changes occurred as the magical fire died down and the smoke in the room dispersed. Lucas and Harper finally stopped holding hands. They looked at each other closely and made sure the spell had worked.

"Who do you think will be the first to notice?" asked Harper in a voice that sounded like Lucas.

"Probably one of the teachers," replied Lucas with a voice sounding like Harper.

"I think one of my friends will notice," Harper declared. "Even you do not know everything about me."

"I do not think it will be one of my friends," Lucas remarked. "They are not the most observant of people but I guess we will see."

Lucas and Harper went their separate ways. This was the first clue that something was going on.
