Hundreds of years ago, a man went in search of a legendary cave he believed contained extreme riches. Shortly after entering the cave, a cave in occurred leaving him trapped inside. He had no choice but to continue. To his surprise, he found a room filled with luxury items. While examining the jewelry and trying out the furniture, he did not notice his body slowly fading away.

When he tried to leave the room, he found himself unable to leave. Not only was he trapped inside the cave, he was also trapped inside the room. He no longer needed food so he could enjoy the luxuries inside to his heart's content. What he could not do was leave.

A few days later, his body was thin and transparent, like a ghost. A few days after that, his body looked more like a shapeless white cloud. The cloud gradually turned pink. As this happened, his original name faded from his mind until he could no longer remember it. The only name he, or she, could think of was Jeanie.

It took considerably longer, several months, but eventually her new body completely faded into existence. She was young, pretty, and dressed in a revealing outfit covered with jewelry. She knew this was done to make her more desirable, but this made little difference when the only person around was herself.

While exploring her new home, she discovered her entire living area somehow fit inside a bottle. She guessed this happened while she was in mist form but exactly what happened remained a mystery. All she could do was wait for someone to open the bottle and free her.

Four hundred years later, the bottle was discovered by an expedition from the United States, a country which did not even exist back in her time. One of the workers discovered the bottle and took it to the leader of the expedition. Jeanie was pleased. Soon she would be free from her prison and she would be very grateful.
