Carlos lived in the land of Meribella. He bought a ticket to see Keira. She was his favorite pop star. When he got there, he was given a backstage pass. It was a chance to see Keira in person! He was really excited about it.

When Carlos knocked on the door to her dressing room, there was no reply. He turned the knob and found the door to be unlocked. Gradually he opened the door and stepped inside. Various objects were scattered about on the desk and dresser, papers were pinned to a nearby bulletin board, and other items had been left on the floor. It was clear the room had been used recently, but at the moment it was empty.

One of the objects on the dresser was a pink microphone. Carlos walked over to it and picked it up. Bright lights came out of the microphone and surrounded him. This surprised him. He did not know that the microphone was magical.

The first thing Carlos noticed was a necklace that appeared around his neck. It had three purple stars on it that sparkled in the light. Carlos wondered if they sparkled all on their own. His shirt and pants had changed into a bright purple diamond dress with a single strap leaving the other shoulder bare. Like the necklace, it too sparkled in the light.

His shoes became purple boots with a heel and a fancy design. They were made for moving and dancing around. Carlos decided to test them out. He had seen Keira perform her routine many times so he knew the basics of it. When he danced, he did surprisingly well. It was as if he knew the routine by heart.

As Carlos danced, he waved the microphone again. This time it changed his, or her, body as well. She found her outfit fit perfectly. It was as if it was meant for her.

A third wave of the microphone changed her hairstyle. Her long straight purple hair just screamed, "Keira!" It even included a hairband with stars on it similar to the ones found on her necklace. She ran to the mirror to see how she looked. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Keira, you're on in five minutes!" said one of the stagehand.

"I'll be there," declared Keira as she left her dressing room and headed for the stage.
