Justin was getting ready to attend a convention. One of the themes at the convention was Disney princesses. Justin decided he wanted to cosplay as Anna from Frozen. He might even enter the costume contest, if he was feeling brave enough.

Earlier, he had purchased an Anna costume from a strange shop he somehow managed to find online. It was time to see how the costume actually looked. The box contained a green dress, a corset, a necklace, black flats, white stockings, a red wig, and various green ribbons in case one of them got lost.

First, he tried on the corset and looked in the full length mirror he had nearby. The magic had already begun. His body became thinner and took on more feminine characteristics. Next came the stockings. When he put them on his legs became more feminine and the body hair on them disappeared.

When he tried on the green dress, more changes occurred. As soon as he put it on, his entire body transformed to resemble that of Anna. Although his body and legs had become female, his face, arms, hands, and genitals remained male.

Justin did not yet understand it was magic and just thought it was a really good costume. He tried on the flats. It gave him the desire to dance like Anna so he did. He danced really well. He even tried singing but his voice was the same as it had always been.

Getting an idea, he tried on the necklace and sang again. His voice sounded just like Anna. He was starting to understand that the costume was no ordinary costume and the shop he had purchased it from was no ordinary shop.

Justin tried on the wig wondering what changes it would cause. The wig merged with his hair until the only hair that was left was the red hair of Anna. He did not consider the problem it would create if he tried to change back. Even if he had it would not have concerned him. It was part of the magic.

Once the hair was transformed, the changes spread to all parts that had yet to change. His face, arms, hands, and even genitals changed so he, or she, looked completely like Anna. With understanding, Justin took one of the ribbons and placed it in his hair as if he had been doing it all his life. He recalled how Anna left one of her ribbons behind in the movie, most likely to pay for the clothing she had taken.

Besides changing physically, her behavior changed too. She had an optimistic but naive outlook on life. It could get her into trouble but it could also save her from it. Even her memories changed. Justin recalled her life as Anna. Memories she thought long forgotten about playing with her older sister Elsa flooded her mind. The only other thought Justin, or Anna, had was about the convention she would soon attend.

Anna twisted and turned in front of the mirror trying to see herself from every possible angle. Satisfied with her new look, she ran out of the house and headed for the convention.
